RETURNS

We will gladly accept returns within 6 days of item being delivered for store credit only. Any item that is returned more than 6 days after delivery will not be accepted. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unwashed, unworn, and with original tags attached.

To complete your return, please email contactavachildrensboutique@gmail.com  with your order number and reason for return. PLEASE WAIT UNTIL YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN APPROVED BEFORE YOU MAIL THE ITEM BACK TO US. We are not responsible for items mailed back without first being approved and cannot guarantee  Store Credit  in such events. Once approved, please print out your receipt and mail it along with the item(s) you wish to return. Customer is  responsible  for shipping cost and any shipping fees associated with your order are non-refundable.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

We use various shipping services (usually USPS or UPS) depending on pricing. You can choose your shipping service during checkout. If you qualify for and choose Free Shipping, we will choose the best method for us. International deliveries generally take between 7-21 business days to arrive.

 

How do I return an item?

How do I track my order?

 

Please allow us 3-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for processing your order.

We ship from the USA. Once we ship your order, you will receive a shipment and tracking confirmation email. You may use that tracking number to monitor delivery status information.  

Please note that the information available to Ava's Children's Boutique  is the same as what is available to you on the web via your tracking number.
